Observation

During visit, in the licensed outdoor area was a large white trashbag on the ground, and one black bag was torn and the torn pieces were scattered throughout the yard. During visis, two shelves were no longer secured when those were moved to another part of the home. During visit, there was in the licensed outdoor area a rusty freplace lid.
